We are excited to announce the launch of our Support Center for Intellixis customer administrators and end users.

The Customer Support Center website is maintained to provide our partners' customer administrators and end users a curated repository of high-quality content meant to serve as quick reference on how to best use our products and services.

The newly-launched portal currently hosts an assortment of content assets on our cloud facility to facilitate the maintenance and administration of our client’s web hosted resources. You can also find answers to most frequently asked questions.

Intellixis Customer Support Center

The Customer Support Center employs a Ticket System in order to streamline support requests. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which can be used to track the progress and responses online. We provide complete archives and history of all support requests.

The mobile-friendly Customer Support Center website does not require a password, making access to our knowledgebase section easy and immediate!

Intellixis Customer Support Center Manager, Andrea Solis, says, “Our customers are our top priority and ensuring that they have quick access to tips, documentation, and any other valuable resources they might need will only help to ensure their satisfaction. Our Support Center will allow customers to find answers and post topics without having to go through the process of submitting a ticket to our help desk. It’s on-demand customer care.”
