Join a session from an email invitation

Click the link to the session. You will be taken to our support site and the Support Control client will begin downloading.

Tip: In Internet Explorer and Edge, click the Join Session panel to download the ConnectWise Control client.

Run the ConnectWise Control client

The ConnectWise Control client will begin to download in your browser.

You will also see screenshots that will explain how to run the client in your browser.



Troubleshooting

If you can't download the ConnectWise Control client, click Try Next Option to try another launcher.
